My son has loved the Great Mouse Detective since he was little.  He would play it over and over til he wore it out.  SO I was excited when I heard they were releasing it to blu-ray.  To say that my son was excited was an understatement.  He could not wait to watch it and he watched it the very day we received it in the mail.

Now I have to say I love Sherlock Holmes so of course I love the Great Mouse Detective.  He is like a mouse Sherlock.  Now as I said my son loves the movie, but the really great thing is so do my daughters.  Trust me it can be hard to find a movie that both my son and daughters both enjoy alot.  The girls love the singing and how scattered the mouse detective can be.

With the Holidays right around the corner, the Great Mouse Detective blu-ray set would make a great gift or addition to any family's movie collection.  So be sure to grab a copy today and have a Family Movie Night with a classic.  The dvd is available where dvds are sold and online at Amazon.com for $ 14.71.
