Dial now makes Body and Hair Wash for the kiddos.  They have 2 kinds - 1 for the younger kiddos ages 2-6 and another for the older age group 6 and up.  The younger kiddos can enjoy Peachy Clean while the older ones get to enjoy Watery Melon and Berry Cool.  All of them are tear-free and hypoallergenic which is a must with my kiddos.

Now since I have a 5 and a 7 year old, I was able to review both kinds.  My daughters were almost as excited as I was to review the new Dial Washes.  WE received the Peachy Clean and Watery Melon flavors to review and they both smelled great.  My daughters kept wanting to sniff the bottle!  Of course great smell is not the true test of a good body and hair wash, but performance is.  After using them both, my girls were squeaky clean and they smelled great, but it was not an overpowering smell.

Now the new Dial Washes for Kids is available nationwide so if you have a kiddo, be sure to check out these new products.  They are definitely a hit with my kiddos and made them want to get dirty again just to use them again.  Also right now Dial is hosting a giveaway of their own called Dial Kids Hair Salon Giveaway just click and enter for a chance to win...

One lucky winner will receive $1,000, while 250 second place winners get to try NEW NEW Dial® Kids Body & Hair Wash for FREE!

Now I am also lucky enough to get to host a giveaway for a FREE COUPON for a FULL-SIZE BOTTLE OF EITHER KIND of DIAL KIDS BODY AND HAIR WASH for 3 LUCKY READERS!  So be sure to enter the Rafflecopter form below as well as the giveaway for double chances!  As always thank you for entering and GOOD LUCK!

Every year on the first Saturday of May, comic book stores nationwide offer free comic books.  Last year, my kids and I went to our local comic book store and participated in Free Comic Book day and we decided then to make it a yearly tradition.

Now my son is a huge comic book fan so he was super excited about the news of a Superman comic book for free.  Below is more info about DC Entertainment's offering for this year's FREE COMIC BOOK DAY...

The Man of Steel is set to headline Free Comic Book Day 2013 (Saturday, May 4) as SUPERMAN: LAST SON OF KRYPTON #1 will be made available by DC Comics in comic book shops across the nation while supplies last.

This book is a must-have for fans eagerly anticipating the June 14 launch of SUPERMAN UNCHAINED – the blockbuster new monthly series created by comic legends Scott Snyder and Jim Lee – as the special issue also includes an exclusive sneak peek of that forthcoming series, flying into stores the same week as the highly anticipated new film Man of Steel.
In addition, this Free Comic Book Day exclusive includes the first chapter of the classic, best-selling graphic novel SUPERMAN: LAST SON OF KRYPTON – written by Geoff Johns and Richard Donner (director of Superman: The Movie), illustrated by Adam Kubert and featuring Superman’s epic battle with General Zod and the Phantom Zone villains.

For young comic fans, DC is also offering DC NATION SUPER SAMPLER #1, providing a sneak peak at two sensational series from the DC Kids line – BEWARE THE BATMAN and TEEN TITANS GO!. – this book includes two exciting, all-new stories for readers of all ages, based on new animated series coming soon to Cartoon Network's Saturday morning DC Nation programming block from Warner Bros. Animation.

. For more on Free Comic Book Day, including a list of participating locations, please visit www.freecomicbookday.com!

SO BE SURE TO MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR THIS SATURDAY AND TAKE THE KIDDOS TO GET SOME COMICS! (And if you are like me, you will enjoy reading them too!)

Planet Ocean captures extraordinary images of our remarkable oceans - the source of all life on our planet. Filmed by directors Yann Arthus-Bertrand and Michael Pitiot, along with an outstanding team of international underwater cinematographers in partnership with OMEGA and with the scientific support of Tara Expeditions. The film aims to explain some of the planet's greatest natural mysteries, while reinforcing how essential it is that mankind learns to live in harmony with our oceans. Planet Ocean serves as a reminder of the bond between humans and nature, and the duty that exists to protect and respect our planet.

I always try to share with my kiddos how important it is to take care of the Earth and every Earth Day, we try to do something for the Earth like plant flowers or trees or pick up trash outdoors.

This Earth Day, we have planned on having a little get together and we will be sharing the Planet Ocean dvd with our guests and we are also going to an Earth Day craft and I also plan to give out a flower to each of the kiddos that come.

Of course, I have already viewed the dvd and it is simply beautiful.  The imagery in the movie is breathtaking and I honestly find that watching the movements of fish soothing.  Of course the dvd also features how the ocean is being slowly destroyed with pollution and such.

I found the dvd very informative and was excited to share it with my kiddos.  The dvd makes it easy to help them understand how important it is to take care of the Earth and can help them see what can be lost if we do not do so.  I think it is a must share dvd for all ages and would be a great teaching too for taking care of the Earth!

The dvd is available now where dvds are sold and at online retailers like Amazon.com who has it for just $ 14.99. So be sure to grab a copy today just in time for Earth Day!

I always like to keep my readers informed of any of my absences in my blog.  Well, here lately I have been trying to do some Spring Cleaning around my household.  I try every Spring to get rid of old clothes that are too small or worn out and of course I try to donate toys that my kiddos have outgrown or no longer play with.  Along with the usual Spring Cleaning, we are doing some small remodeling and landscaping too that I hope will be completed by the end of Summer.  So I have been working as much as I can to try to get my house even more organized than normal ( I am kinda anal about that even though at times it does not show LOL).  Of course I had no idea how much time it would take or should I say is taking.  Also in the midst of this, both of my little girls got a stomach bug.  Now my oldest was not that bad, but my youngest one seemed to take it worse and well, there was a lot more cleaning involved .

SO that in a short spill is what has been going on.  I plan to be loading your inboxes with reviews and  giveaways hopefully so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.

When The Three Pigs roll into town looking to build some new houses, they meet one builder with a plan and two without a clue!  Larry builds with hay, Mr. Lunt builds with bricks, but only Bob builds his houses on a firm foundation - following the wise plans from the "Master Builder's Handbook!" Each pig has very particular ideas about what they want for their houses, but will their choices be good ones when the rains come tumblin' down?  Find out in this pig's tale that shows kids that when we follow God's blueprints, we can make the right choices! PLUS:  Ever wonder what happened before Humpty cracked?  Humpty (Bob the Tomato) is the mayor of Gooseville, a quiet little town filled with a bunch of lively characters!  From Jack & Jill's missing crayons, to the Three Bears' lawn problems, all the way to Little Bo Peep's lost sheep, Mayor Humpty is literally driven up the wall with this pickled pack of problems! Now far away from the gripes and complaints of his neighbors, Humpty declares "with all these neighbors in need, I'm better helping just me!"  Will all the town's heroines and all the town's men help bring Humpty to his senses again?

Check out the trailer below...

All three of my children love VeggieTales and we always enjoy watching them together as a family.  My two daughters loved this movie since they immediately noticed it was a variation of the 3 Little Pigs with a VeggieTales twist.  We all shared tons of laughs during the movie.

I enjoyed the lesson behind this movie just like all VeggieTales movies.  Of course one of my favorite stories from the Bible is about the man who built his house upon rock.  I have many memories of this when I was growing up as a child from Sunday School.  I have also told this story to my kids and love that now I can also share this movie in addition to the story.

I recommend this dvd for all VeggieTales fans and for families that are looking for a cute dvd with a great message.  You can currently get the dvd at Amazon.com for $ 12.90 so grab a copy today!

In Ahmet Zappa’s first picture book for children, Because I’m Your Dad, a dad like no other promises to give his kid a childhood like no other. Whimsical monster characters bring the silly and sweet scenes to life and keep the book universal. The book's ending, a moving tribute to the author's father, guarantees intergenerational appeal: “Because I'm your dad, I will do all of these things for you and more…because that's what my dad did for me.”

Both a tribute to his happy childhood and a promise to his daughter, Halo, for a one-of-a-kind relationship, “I wrote this book for anyone who is a father, has a father, or hopes to someday be a father,” says Zappa.

A perfect book to read on Father’s Day, or any day.

Check out this musical trailer featuring the book.  The book looks really cute and would make a great gift for this upcoming Father's Day so be sure to grab a copy !

* I may receive a copy of the book for sharing the above information.  As always though, my opinions are completely honest and completely my own.

When I first started my blog, I have to admit I had no idea how to do it.  I mean I know it seems simple in some ways to people.  You just write about what you know or review products, but it is so much more than that.  Once I got started I really wanted and well, NEEDED some guidance in all things blogging.  SO I looked for a place to find that could help me or someone and that's when I found Blog Friendly PR.

Blog Friendly PR is a wonderful agency that helps in so many ways.  It allows other fellow bloggers to help other bloggers by supporting their posts and blogs, also by offering pitches from companies, and also helping with blog critiques and any other questions that may arise.  I remember when I asked the fellow bloggers for their help critiquing my blog in the beginning.  They were not mean even though my blog originally looked really rough.  Instead they were very helpful even when my questions I am sure were very silly to more veteran bloggers.

Besides the wonderful group of bloggers that are a part of the community of Blog Friendly PR, the agency also offers companies an opportunity to let them find the right bloggers for their products.  Blog Friendly PR helps PR companies and businesses hire bloggers that meet their standards and desires through amazing campaigns!  This is a great feature for bloggers and companies alike.  It makes it easy for bloggers like myself to get to work with companies that might not have happened without BFPR.  IT also allows companies to let BFPR find qualified bloggers who will do an amazing job reviewing their products and such.  I have to say that I have worked with tons of companies because of my membership with Blog Friendly PR and I look forward to working with so many more because of it.  So don't waste any time if you are a blogger looking for help getting products to review or a company looking for help promoting your product, check out Blog Friendly PR today.

* I will be receiving a form of compensation for this post.  As always though,  all opinions are completely honest and completely my own.
