MY THOUGHTS

I have always been a huge fan of inspirational true story movies so I was really excited when I got the chance to review Chasing Mavericks.  First off the scenery in the movie is beautiful and breathtaking!  You immediately want to go to the beach while watching this movie or at least I did.  I also really wanted to try surfing after watching this movie.  Of course not massive Mavericks.  But when you are not that great of a swimmer, it is usually advised to stay off the board!  Well, surfing is on my bucket list with swimming.

Now back to the movie...

This is a great family movie with a wonderful inspirational message for all.  All the actors did an amazing job with their characters. And you may laugh at me but I did get a little teary eye during it.  ( I am kinda a crybaby at true story movies! ) Of course I think this is a great movie for those true story fans but it is also great for movie lovers in general.  The dvd would make a great addition to any movie collection.

MY THOUGHTS

I love sharing the classic shows with my kiddos.  The great thing about that is that my kiddos seem to love them as much as I do and did.  Duck Dodgers is no different.  My three kids really liked the show especially my son!  He has since then made it his go-to dvd to watch at bedtime.  And honestly No matter how many times he watches an episode, I still hear him laughing out loud.  

One of the things I really like about the show is that parents and kids can both enjoy the show.  MY whole family was laughing out loud the whole time!  My daughters really enjoy how things never go as planned but still manage to work out somehow for Duck Dodgers.

SCOOBY-DOO! MASK OF THE BLUE FALCON dvd review

MY THOUGHTS

My favorite Great Dane is back with another whodunit movie!  I have to say whenever we get the opportunity to review a Scooby movie in my household, I don't know who gets more excited - Me or the Kiddos!  It's probably Me to be truthful.  I am a huge Scooby-Doo fan and have been all my life.  

This movie is really good to me since it is filled with twists and unexpected turns.  I won't tell you what they are so that you can fully enjoy the movie, but I was kinda surprised at one part.  Often times I try to solve the mystery along with those meddling kids and so do my kids and this mystery was really good.  We have watched the movie twice along with bonus features and I have to say Scooby is one of those shows I really do not care if my kids repeat it constantly.

MY THOUGHTS

Now the moment my whole family saw the trailer of Wreck-It Ralph, we knew it was a must see for our whole family.  My son was excited to see it since it was about video games and well my daughters thought Vanellope was so cute.  And of course I wanted to see cause it looks like a stinking cute movie!

When we all sat down to watch the movie, it was a big hit!  We have watched the movie several times.  In fact, my son used it several times as his bedtime movie and still has not gotten tired of it.  One of my favorite things about the movie is that it actually features some of the villains from classic video games like Bowser.  My youngest daughter was so excited to see him since we love all things Mario in our household.  My son's favorite thing was the different video games of course!

Of course one of the really great things about the movie is that it teaches a great lesson and is a great family movie.  This movie is a great addition to any family's movie collection and is a must have in my opinion!  The dvd is available now at stores nationwide and also at online retailers like Amazon.com.  Right now Amazon has the 4 disc set for $ 27.99 so grab a copy of it today.  It would make a great Easter basket filler that the whole family will love!
