MY THOUGHTS
In my household, I am not the only one who has limited time for breakfast. My fiancee actually has less time in the morning than me so I knew BFAST would be great for him to get the nutrients he needs before a full work day. I am actually planning on getting more so he can always have a quick breakfast for those mornings he does not have time to sit and eat.
