Welcome to Hotel Transylvania Dracula's lavish five-stake resort where monsters and their families can live it up and no humans are allowed. One special weekend Dracula (Adam Sandler) has invited all his best friends Frankenstein and his wife the Mummy the Invisible Man the Werewolf family and more to celebrate his beloved daughter Mavis's (Selena Gomez) 118th birthday. For Dracula catering to all of these legendary monsters is no problem but the party really starts when one ordinary guy stumbles into the hotel and changes everything!
MY THOUGHTS
My kids and I have been super excited to see Hotel Transylvania since we saw the first trailer on tv. So the moment it arrived, we immediately had to pop it in and well, we LOVED it.
Dracula really does capture how a parent feels about letting their baby grow up. I mean even if the situations are really different ( I mean my babies are not vampires ), I could relate to the story line. Of course my family also loved that there was a hidden hotel just for all the monsters.
My family and I were literally laughing out loud the whole time in this movie and it has quickly become a family fav ( we have watched it several times now). This dvd is definitely a must have for every family. The dvd is available now where dvds are sold and online at retailers like Amazon.com which currently has it for $ 19.52. Of course this week, Kmart has it on dvd for only $15. So shop around first, but be sure to grab a copy today!
