Recently I have been on this big kick on wanting to improve every area of my life that I can possible improve.  A few years ago I cleared out certain things in my life that were not doing much good.  It was a hard decision but since then I think it was definitely the best.  After that I met my wonderful fiancee so the decision was definitely a plus.  When I started talking my fiancee I was back at my high school size and trust me it had taken me years to get there.  The only sad thing is that since then I have gained all the weight back.  Everyone keeps telling me it s because I am happy which kinda makes sense since when I had lost all that weight before I was a nervous wreck and depressed.  So I would be okay with a few extra pounds for happiness but my few has turned into a little more than a few.

So one of my New Year's resolutions was to improve me not just weight wise but every way.  I try to get active and find time to work out.  It is such a chore to find time with three kids and everything else.  But I have decided no more excuses I have got to make the time.  So starting this week I am getting really serious with improving me and I would love to hear your thoughts.  Leave me a comment on how to help me lose weight or how you have improved yourself in some way.  I mean I started improving myself this year by changing blog hosts so I could reach more people.  I have started watching my spending more and have started seeing if I could do more projects at home to help eliminate costs like building items instead of purchasing them.  So please let me know if you have any weight loss tips or advice or any other advice to improve.  I really appreciate my readers and would love to hear what you have to say.

Also I will be giving you updates on what is working and what is a waste of time.

  3. I canceled my gym membership when I was pregnant with my youngest (now 7 month). I also have a 26 month old and it was hard to make time for the gym. I started working out with OnDemand Exercise TV. It works for me because I can do it anytime and from home. Some days I am more committed than others but I am trying to get in shape this year.
